This Package Includes:

We conduct your initial physical assessment together and fill out any NASM forms or company forms that apply.

I design your personalized weekly diet plan once per week and I make daily changes to your diet plan when you need them.

You get a total of three, 60 minute one on one posing practice sessions per week. (We work on all of your mandatory poses and even your posing routine for your show.)

I design your personalized weekly workout plan once per week and I make daily changes to your workout plan when you need them.

I call you via cell phone once everyday to check in with you to see how your diet, workouts and cardio are going. Changes to your diet, workouts or cardio will be made right then over the phone.

I will conduct one full 30 to 60 minute weekly client check-in zoom meeting with you on Sunday of every week to discuss your progress over the past week and then make any adjustments we need to your diet, workouts, cardio and supplement regiment.

You get a total of four, 60 minute one on one personal training sessions during your last week of your off season in order for me to assess how your strength and size has progressed before moving to your show prep training and diet phase.
