Initial Consultation and Evaluation.
During your initial consultation and evaluation we gather information about you such as what your overall goal is, your past injuries, your food allergy’s, and conduct some tests to assess your balance, posture, muscular imbalances, conduct a body composition analysis test and take a set of current update photos of your physique from every angle possible.

Diet Plan Design.
We will design a weekly meal plan every week (we also make daily changes when needed.) This meal plan contains the type of foods in each meal, your macros for each meal and your daily caloric intake. All diet plans are designed based on your body type, your physique goals or your athletic performance goals. We take out time designing your diet plan and get it right the first time, this removes all the guessing work on your end.

Workout Plan Design.
We will design a weekly workout plan for you every week (and make daily changes when needed.) This workout plan is designed based on your physique goals, athletic performance goals, your muscular imbalances and your performance goals. We take our time designing your workout plans to ensure they are specifically tailored to you, your goals and your daily schedule.

One on one personal training sessions.
We will conduct very intense one on one personal training sessions with our bodybuilding or physique competitors, professional athletes and college athletes in any sport. These one on one personal training sessions are not for beginners. We emphasize that you be 100% ready to train when arriving to our sessions. “The right preparation will always lead you to success.”

Daily Phone Call Check-Ins
We will call you once per day to to ask you how your diet and workouts are going. We can then make any changes that are necessary to your diet plan, workout plan and supplement protocol immediately to ensure fast progress and excellent results. “Speaking with my clients once per day over the phone is a big key to continued success.”

Weekly Client Check-Ins
We will perform One 30 to 60 minute weekly client check-in meeting per week via zoom to go over your progress you made over the last week to your physique or athletic performance. We will discuss what went well, what didnt go well, and what changes we need to make to your diet, workouts and cardio in order to help you achieve your goals much faster.

Get to know Dustin Stepp our Trainer/Coach
Dustin Stepp has been personal training for 11 years. Dustin is a United States Army Veteran who served in the Infantry (11 Bravo). Dustin now specifically provides personal training, coaching and nutrition coaching to bodybuilding and physique competitors, professional athletes and college athletes in any sport. Dustin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Physique and Bodybuilding Coach, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and a NASM certified Virtual Coaching Specialist. Dustin takes on no more than 10 clients at a time because he wants to provide his maximum amount of effort and service to his clients. Dustin uses a very in depth scientific approach when designing your workout plans and diet plans which are specifically made for your body type, physique goals, athletic performance goals and fitness goals. Dustin has the highest standards for his clients, he wants to see you win your show or have a great season in whatever sport you might play at the professional level or college level.
