This Package Costs $500 dollars per month
This Package Includes:

✓We make daily diet plan changes for you when you need them.
✓We make daily workout plan changes for you when needed.
✓ We call you once everyday to check in with you and see how your diet, workouts and cardio are going. (We make changes to your diet, workouts and cardio for you on that specific day if needed)
✓One weekly client check-in zoom meeting lasting 30 to 60 minutes held every Sunday to talk about your progress you have made over the past week. We also discuss what changes we need to make on your diet, workouts and cardio to ensure you meet your goal.
✓ You get 24 hour access to contact me via text message or phone call with any questions or concerns you might have
✓ You get 24 hour access to contact me via email to address any questions or concerns you might have.

✓ Three 60 minute one on one posing practice sessions per week.
✓We make daily diet plan changes for you when needed
✓We make Daily workout plan changes and cardio changes for you when needed.
✓ We call you once everyday to check in with you to see how your diet, workouts and cardio are going.
✓One weekly client check-in zoom meeting lasting 30 to 60 minutes to discuss your progress you made over the past week while also discussing what changes we need to change on your diet, workouts and cardio.
✓ You get four 60 minute one on one personal training sessions during your last week of your off season in order for me to assess how your strength and size has progressed before moving to your show prep training and diet phase.
