How We Work

Our Process For helping you achieve real results

Initial Consultation and Evaluation

During this initial consultation and evaluation Dustin will gather information from you in regards to what your overall goals are, your past injuries, food allergy’s, and conduct some basic tests to assess your balance, posture, muscular imbalances, conduct a body composition analysis test and a set of current update photos so Dustin can analyze physique from every angle.

Diet Plan Design

We will design a weekly diet plan specifically tailored towards your body type, physique goals or athletic performance goals. We also make daily changes to your diet plan to ensure you continue making fast progress and fast results.

Workout Plan Design

We will design a weekly workout plan specifically tailored towards your physique goals or athletic performance goals. We also make daily changes to your workout to ensure you continue making fast progress and fast results.

Perform One on One Personal Training Sessions

Our one on one personal training sessions will be intense. We encourage you to ensure you are 100% physically ready to train and your mindset is positive. “We train our athletes and competitors using a very high intensity. In other words, we need you to bring your highest level of intensity and be motivated to train each and every time we do one on one personal training sessions together.”

Daily Phone Call Check-ins

We will call you once per day to ask you how your diet and workouts are going. We can then make any changes that are necessary to your diet plan, workout plan, or supplement protocol immediately to ensure faster progress towards your goals.

Weekly Client Check-Ins

We will perform one 30 to 60 minute weekly client check-in meeting via zoom to go over your progress and changes that need to be made on your diet, workouts and supplement protocols etc…

Meet our Trainer Dustin Stepp

Dustin Stepp has been personal training for 11 years. Dustin is a United States Army Infantry Veteran who earned the rank of E-6 Staff Sergeant and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Dustin now specifically provides personal training, coaching and nutrition coaching to bodybuilding and physique competitors, professional athletes and college athletes. Dustin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Physique and Bodybuilding Coach, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and a NASM certified Virtual Coaching Specialist. Dustin takes on no more than 10 clients at a time because he wants to provide his maximum amount of effort and service to his clients. Dustin uses a very in depth approach when designing workout plans and diet plans which are specifically made for each clients body type, physique goals, athletic performance goals and fitness goals. Dustin has the highest standards for his clients, he wants to see you win your show or have a great season in whatever sport you might play at the professional level and college level.
